“It was our first time coming to Mead lumber since their hours aren't good for visiting on the weekends or evenings. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking to build a bigger job like a deck or remodel you're kitchen, this is a great place to go. They have a designer on site with some incredible software to help you design the perfect room in your house.We were there to get some nominal lumber to build a raised garden bed. Nothing too fancy. The staff answered all my questions about projects we may have planned in the future about replacing our back deck and hardware on our storm doors.They mostly deal with contractors and professionals vs your average DIYer like me but they treated us with just as much attention and customer service. Will definitely be back.”

“This is a pretty awesome store, filled with lots of things from household to cars to clothing to your loved furry babies. There is also utility, sports, gardening. The customer service was pretty awesome, very knowledgeable and front lane, as soon as you walk in the door they ask you if you need anything or if they can help you, we're friendly hello to boot. The prices are extremely fair, and you get good quality products, especially treats for the fur kids. I like the wonderful selection I have in clothing, outer wear, boots, shoes, jackets, winter gear. And of course they have snacks and drinks, so the store pretty much carries just about anything you can think of, it was a really good experience and it's very neat and orderly. It's definitely worth going and taking a look even if you're just browsing and looking for something small commanders always something for everyone which makes Shopping a breeze. And the staff is right there to help you in every section without question, they make it a point to ask you how you're doing and if you've found everything you needed, and if you didn't, they're willing to stop what they're doing just to go help you find something simple and they smile while doing it, it's hard finding good staff to make your shopping worth going, but it was worth it and I will definitely be coming back again for another visit even just to see what they have Because they always have something new to offer”

“So impressed by the lovely customer service I received today. Store was well staffed, clean, and well organized. As I walked through the aisles, employees were sure to ask me if I needed anything. When I realized I needed a box of items off a tall shelf, not one, but two associates were happy to help me immediately. Items were still in the retail wholesale box. They opened the box for me to make sure all items were in there. And when they realized the box would not fit in my cart, they immediately got me a flat cart and took the old one away for me. The associate at the self checkout had no problem figuring out how to ring up my box of items without having to unboxed them all. Super helpful and efficient store!”
