They made the kids feel safe and very brave to touch or hold a few reptiles! This was the best experience I could have wished for!! My son said this was his favorite birthday party! Gave it a 1 million out of 10 rating!!! I would recommend this for anyone with littles who want to see, learn, and hold the reptiles! Again I cannot express how AMAZING the staff was here!! Thank you for making some incredible core memories for my son and his friends ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pet Grooming

Pawleashed by Haley
2048 Tuttle Creek Blvd A, ManhattanI've been able to trim my other dogs nails but one dog, who is 75 lbs, is just impossible and does not let me near her nails. But they are able to trim her nails in less than 10 minutes without her fighting them much on it and do such a great job. Definitely recommend.

Wildcat Pet Resort
4980 Murray Rd, ManhattanWildcat is always our go to for Boarding our dog. The only times I don't use them is when I forget and it's to late to book them because they filled up. Their staff genuinely care about the animals and my dog is always excited to get there. Their in house grooming helps as well because they can handle it as needed during the stay. They are absolutely fantastic.

Pet Care

TimberCreek Veterinary Hospital
9000 Elk Creek Rd, ManhattanProfessional staff, communicative about the process, reasons for suggested care and procedures. Additionally the vet and staff were patient and kind with my nervous fight or flight dog. This place is incredibly clean and was calm and quiet when we visited. Really like this place so far because the dogs did fairly well with the patient and understanding staff.

Candlewood Veterinary Clinic
3262 Kimball Ave, ManhattanI recently took my cat Cleo to Candlewood Veterinary Clinic for her annual exam, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care she received. Nancy and Misty from the client care team greeted me warmly and knew Cleo’s details without even needing to check her chart. Their experience and dedication really show in the personal attention they give to each pet, making the entire process smoother and more personal.
Dr. Alex Grieves, a former student of mine, has truly grown into an exceptional veterinarian. While there may be a bit of a conflict of interest, I can confidently say she is one of the best in the field. Her compassionate, "fear-free" approach put Cleo and me at ease. When Cleo started growling and hissing during the nail trim, Dr. Grieves and her team were open and honest about it, never forcing Cleo beyond her comfort zone, which I deeply appreciated. The clinic’s drop-off service is incredibly convenient with my busy schedule, making it easy to ensure Cleo gets the care she needs.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Alex Grieves and the team at Candlewood Veterinary Clinic for their expertise, compassion, and dedication to each and every pet.

Konza Veterinary Clinic
8080 US-24, ManhattanThe only place I will ever take my animals. I use to dread taking my animal to the vet since my oldest had a horrible experience with the first one I took her too. The veterinary staff are so nice and so gentle with her, she was well behaved but they explained some things to us, was super patient with my concerns about her took time to look into those possible issues and tell me what I can do to prevent it. The pricing is incredible, and so affordable. Definitely the best vet for miles.

I highly recommend Little Apple Vet clinic and the wonderful team of hero’s that work there!

Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital
517 N 3rd Pl, ManhattanI'm so glad I decided to bring my fur baby Dexter aka "Dexy" in. Originally I was gonna go to another vet clinic when I realized he had a rash on his belly. I freaked out, and decided to randomly called them on a friday afternoon (after not getting through with two other clinics I called). Chelsea was the first one I spoke to. She gave me clear answers, feedback etc. I've brought my cat in now twice, and everyone I've encountered there, Freese etc have all been wonderful with him, and me too. They are very clear about pricing, and break it all down for you. They also bring a calmness into the room which I'm sure helps animals, especially those who are shy like my boy kitty. I guess they have become his vet office, and we appreciate everyone there. Thanks!

MuttSchool: dog training and behavior
4912 Skyway Dr, Manhattanwe got our first pup a couple months ago. i spent a lot of time researching different training methods and consulting with trainers in the manhattan area. Muttschool is quite a bit pricier than their competitors, however they align the closest with what works with my puppy (i prefer positive reinforcement)! he loves to go to class and he has learned a lot of different commands and has been socialized to many different things. the facility is lovely and kate is just the best! we will keep coming here for as long as we are in the area!

QDOBA Mexican Eats
320 N 3rd St Bldg O, ManhattanAfter Chipotle took a HUGE downturn, I decided it was time to try QDOBA and I've been kicking myself ever since. Qdoba is better in every single way. Better options, better staff and the freshness of the ingredients is a night and day difference. Not to mention that you aren't charged and arm and a leg to add queso/guac to your entree. You also get a small bag of chips for free, just have to ask for them. I just wish they would stock the mexican Sprite but that's not a deal breaker for me at all considering how great everything else is.
