“We were trying to make storage arrangements over the weekend from out of town so my daughter could have her car while at Job Corps. The property manager helped us so much (on Saturday) that we were able to get things set up so my daughter could have a place to park on Sunday when she got back! The customer service is amazing! These folks are great!”

“I’ve had a unit here for a many years now, before the gate was installed. I like the added security. I think the gate is available between 5am-10pm. I wish it was 24/7.
The lot can get a bit muddy. When it rains, I can tell a lot of water passes through the section where my unit is, heading towards the creek. The fence is a bit disheveled from it. I haven’t seen evidence of water coming into my unit from flooding.
I have seen evidence of critters inside my unit. Discovered a snake skin one year. Mice droppings are always around. My unit is at the end, so that might only affect me. And of course bugs, but that’s a given, since the unit is outside. I haven’t had a problem with critters getting into my boxes. But the mice have chewed softer material that I had around.
It does get dusty in the unit. I typically clean out my unit once or twice a year and clouds of dust always follows. Most of my stuff is in boxes, so it doesn’t bother me. This place is next to a farming field, so it’s a reasonable expectation.
Overall, I think this is a good place to store items. The unit I have is quite large and I have plenty of space for my stuff. The area is quiet, I feel like my property is secure, and the staff are always friendly and communicative.”
“These folks are friendly, accommodating and eager to make your life easier. Christy knows her business and is happy to help, especially first timers. I have found their facilities to be cleanand in great shape, and the dogs who help keep watch are friendly and well-behaved.
There is a security gate that helps keep mischief away, which is an added level that helps me feel protected.”

“I forgot to review this place back in 2023. I used them during a rotation from FRK to Europe in late 2022-2023.
They have a secure and clean facility/small business where I was able to store my belongings in a climate controlled unit with easy access and at a fair price. They were military friendly and we did good business which was much appreciated.
If you are ever stationed at FRK and need a storage unit that is in a good location and at a good rate this would be who I would recommend.”

Ms. Melanie and Ms. Kelsey make sure you are squared away with everything you need and are able to answer any questions that you may have. Definitely recommend this place if you are in need of extra storage space.”
“I rented a unit from B&T through their website and was then unable to utilize due to my own faults. B&T offered me a refund without me even asking and kept me updated as they cleared me out of the system and got my money refunded. I can’t speak to their facilities since I never got to use them but I would recommend them off of business practices and customer service alone.”
