She struggled with idiopathic epilepsy. 2 years ago today she had her first seizure of many. Her littermate brother Damon and I were granted 5 more months with her after this day due to the excellent care and medications prescribed for her through here. 723 North Hickory Street, McPhersonNot only was Dr. Schroeder amazing but the receptionists and techs were knowledgeable and kind as well! They were reassuring while I panicked and straight forward with information that put me right at ease!
I moved to the area a couple years ago and stupidly put off establishing a local vet despite having previously worked at a veterinary clinic and knowing how important it was to do that. Well that regret kicked in when my male cat had a urinary blockage. After calling 3 other vets both local and emergency in Wichita, all sending me in circles, I called McPherson Veterinary and as soon as I said possible urinary blockage they said come in! They didn’t care if I wasn’t their customer, they cared about making sure my cat was healthy! During my cat’s 4 day hospitalization there, they never left me wishing for more information which from my experience is so hard to do as you never know what chaos will unfold in a vet clinic. I would love to gate-keep and not have them get busier and busier but if you are looking for a vet in the area, please consider them!

Centennial Dr, McPherson1st time for my dog/pup at the dog park. Were about 5 other dogs there so Kilo had a great time just running. Excellent well kept place for the doggies. Will be back when I can.
