I called ahead and asked them to get some dogfood ready for my husband to pick up—I didn’t want to order online because I needed it immediately and it was too late in the day to deal with an online order but the person I spoke too was super helpful and made sure he got the right thing.
(We just got back from a trip and didn’t know we didn’t have enough dog food for the dogs Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast—and Petco was the only place open to get their specific food so it was super important that we got it from Petco tonight.

It is clear that Dr. Hand genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who love them. He takes the time to listen, explain options thoroughly, answer questions, and make sure we are comfortable with the plan of care. We have always felt that our dogs are being treated as individuals rather than just another appointment on the schedule.
Having four dogs means we have had our share of veterinary visits, and the consistent quality of care we have received from Dr. Hand and the entire team at Animal Hospital at Auburn Hills has earned our complete trust. We are incredibly grateful to have such a knowledgeable and caring veterinarian looking after our dogs.

The customer service at Prairie Ridge was amazing from the front desk, tech and the Vet. The tech and vet both took all the time I needed to answer questions and review both of my dog's medical history. They completed a examinations, caught them up on their vaccinations and prescriptions for their Flea and Tick Medicine.
The space was very clean.
I recommend Prairie Ridge for anyone and will continue to take my girls there.

The team in this office is SO kind, they love my pets just like I do. The doctor and the staff do everything they can to make my pets feel comfortable, even my little kitten Gertrude when she was scared for her first visit. I was so nervous to bring her after only getting her a few months after losing my last cat. I didnt want them to judge me for getting a new kitten so soon. But they didn't make me feel that way at all. And loved her so much.
They have never gotten frustrated with my high energy aussie mix, not even when I'm frustrated and embarrassed that she loses all sense because shes that excited to be there.
But most importantly, when I lost my best boy, Kitten. They had never seen him as I had always took him to a cat specific vet for 11yrs, but after WPW treated my dog I brought my cat here after he passed away at home unexpectedly. The staff didn't make me feel bad for bawling in their office before handing him over for cremation. In fact, they sent me a sweet card with nose and paw prints to my home. They genuinely care here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Dr. Rafferty and team.

3505 W 30th St South, WichitaWe had a great experience with taking the obedience and basic skills class. We adopted a year old dog from the Kansas humane society. She had a few bad habits. We had a complete turnaround after attending 7 weeks of classes. We did the weekly homework and followed the advice of the teacher (Kelly is great!). We now have several tricks- sit, touch lay down, wait, leave it. Still a work in progress on drop it ? We have leash training with slack in the leash, instead of lots of pulling (most the time).
It was a great experience. Our dog looked forward to class each week. She got 50+ tiny snacks in 55 minutes LOL she LOVED it.
Highly recommend if you want help training your fur baby.

When we first adopted Evie from the humane society, she was very shy and reserved. She doesn’t really play with toys, but she loves walks, being outdoors, and running around with other dogs. I was a little nervous about whether she’d be comfortable in an environment with lots of dogs and new people. However, after her first visit and meeting the team, I knew this would be the perfect place for her on the days my husband and I go into the office.
We’ve noticed such a big difference in her personality since starting daycare. She’s much more playful and far less shy when meeting other dogs. In the beginning, we really appreciated the updates from the staff... hearing that she was doing well and making friends gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in the best hands!
Now, she knows exactly where we’re going when we turn down Hillside and gets so excited, it’s one of her favorite places! We’ve also used their grooming services, and they’ve been wonderful every time.
