“My shopping visit was 90% successful. My wife and I were shopping for clothes for a Caribbean vacation. As we walked in the top floor entrance we saw several sets of luggage at a great price. My wife had a mailer coupon with a 50% coupon. We thought about purchasing it but decided to waitband sed how much we spent on shorts and swim suits. I found a great deal in Saint John's Bay men's shorts for only $14.99 each. I bought 4 pair. I found on beachy print shirt nd bought it for the lust price of $34 knowing that I would pay $17 with our 50% off coupon. My wife bought a nice swim suit and a couple of other things. We thought we were under budget and decided to buy the 3 piece luggage and the price in the luggage was $129.99. At the register the final cost was was higher than we calculated. We simultaneously said we have the 50% off coupon. The person replied a couple of items didn't apply to the discount. And of course one of them was the luggage. Then she said something that annoyed me.She said the luggage will get 10% off. When I'm in public with other people waiting in line and get annoyed at something she said, I don't come off mad or angry but I do get comically sarcastic. I said so where does it say the luggage qualifies for a discount but not the 50% discount? She didn't answer and put her head down. I realized I may have embarrassed her so I said alright we will take the luggage. We were disappointed that we didn't get the 50% off but we did get good deals on the clothes. So that's why I said we were 90% successful because we only received 10% off the luggage.”

“I tend to just shop online whenever I am looking for stuff by H&M. Their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Whenever I do go in person to one of the stores, employees are always nice and I walk out with some pretty good deals.”
“During my visit, Debra and Julie were so helpful with assisting me in finding my right size of clothing. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different pieces to find the right fit, and these women helped me exceptionally. They helped give me feedback on the way an item was designed to fit and how it looked on me and always brought me extra sizing options to choose from when one item didn't fit like we thought it should. I am so thrilled with my new clothes and am so thankful Debra and Julie were so patient with me. The selection of items this store provided was very good, it was clean and organized, and I definitely recommend this location!”

“I was blown away by how easy my experience consigning with JBF has been! This is my first time consigning with JBF, but I’ve consigned for several years with another local consignment sale.
From drop off to item pick up, everything has been more orderly and more convenient than with the other sale. Plus, my sales were literally twice as good! I was about to give up on consignment sales, because my past experiences have been so frustrating, but now I have hope again!!!

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”
“I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! “I live within a walking distance of the store which is great when I need last minute gifts. Their home decor stuff is so cute!! It is a little bit on the pricer side but the quality of everything is so good. I love everything I get there and its totally worth it. Ive gotten some great gifts there as well for friends, family and even little kids. The women that work there are helpful when you need them. They also do a great job gift wrapping. This store is small but mighty in what they carry.”

“I am a frequent shopper here and there was an incident tonight of a customer being very upset and unhinged to the staff until I stepped in, she CUSSING at them about political views WHILE CHILDREN were in the store. She said she was going to leave a fake review about bedbugs, and I came on here to check and sure enough she did. The ladies who work here are such sweethearts and were just in shock of this lady yelling at them. I feel bad for the workers, but I can promise the review left by Allison Frankovic is not true.”
“The quality and selection of women’s clothing has been exceptional this year, spring and summer, especially. I’m not a regular H&M shopper, but I do stop in to see if there’s any cute things now and again that I need to add as separates. I’ve probably shopped here and spent five times the amount of money here than I normally would. Literally every time I go in there there’s something really cute that I need to add to my wardrobe. I found a number of casual and dressy items that I will keep for years. One of my friends bought her engagement dress here and she has high-quality taste. H&M is killing it lately.”

This location is very bright and has lots of room for shopping merchandise, not cramped like some locations.
My hubby and I found our items quickly, tried them on, and paid within a half hour 👍🏻
