“Always gotta love IKEA! I have to say they have a very large assortment of items that can often be mixed and matched with multiple color combinations as well.any items are quite affordable however there are a few things that can be overpriced and sometimes quality if iffy, but I think most people know this going into IKEA. Their restaurant inside is very delicious and I highly recommend the veggie balls to any vegetarian IKEA-goers!”
“There is something so warm and welcoming about Pryde’s. If you go on a weekend, expect it to be crowded. We want local business to be crowded! If you stop by on a weekday afternoon you’ll often be offered coffee or tea while you shop. While the prices may be higher than Big Online Retailers™ so is the quality. Buy it nice or buy it twice and if you’re going to buy it nice, buy it from Pryde’s! Not everything is All Clad and Le Creuset, some of my most reliable kitchen tools are OXO and can be purchased from Pryde’s. The staff is always kind and helpful and the gift wrap offering is seldom found anywhere anymore. I feel so fortunate to have Pryde’s in my community and to have the experience of eyeing something I really love and aspire to and investing in their pieces when I can.”
“Mori is very knowledgeable about the rugs in his shop. After speaking with my wife about the color scheme of our house laid out the perfect rug for our living room. We actually bought two rugs one from the Nain region and the other from Kashan. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new rugs!”

“My coworker took me into Gifts & Decor last week during our work route so she could pick up a sword real quick for a Valentine’s gift and I couldn’t be more pleased. I am obsessed. I am in the process of moving to Kansas and haven’t been able to find a brick and mortar that supplied what I use for my craft like back home….until now. Smudge bundles! Crystals! Dry herbs to add to my apothecary! Oils! Incense! I could go on and on, but this review would be a book. Thank you to the owner and staff for providing such a beautiful spot in Olathe. My witchy heart is SO grateful. I will be back quite often.”

“I love coming to this place and all the stuff is cute, however, it is starting to become apparent that sellers are using their “small business” title to sell things that they bought from large multibillion dollar companies for a very low price, and they put a price that would be about 10x the price than what they bought it for. There are a lot of great sellers with handmade products, but something that’s began to push it over the edge are some of the sellers selling “lafufus”. It’s starting to feel like going to the mall with all those cheap little toys that they charge you extra for. This place used to be a five stars for me, but recently, it’s been going downhill. I would still recommend it, but just keep an eye out for things you could probably get elsewhere for a better price, unless it is a handmade custom product by the seller. Other than that, this place is magical around Christmas time and there ARE sellers that have amazing products.”

He is an expert at what he does as well as a class act human. They created three pieces for me to protect my nightstands and vanity that came out exactly how I wanted. They are perfectionists and will ensure your pieces come out exactly the way you want. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.”
“The store has an excellent selection of products, nicely displayed and having very good quality. We were helped by Nadia Ghafoor in making selections and coordinating room settings. She is talented in design and knowledgeable of the various pieces of furniture and accessories. Nadia is a wonderful designer but more importantly she has a warm, friendly manner, obviously likes what she does and, finally, has a great sense of humor, all of which made our buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. We plan to return to Bassett for more purchases in the future.”

Suzanne helps us each visit with back door entry and elevator access. My friend is in a wheelchair and they go out of their way to accommodate us! They remember our names and are a joy to work with!”

“This was our first time visiting and it was a hit with the family. We ordered General Tso's Chicken, Chicken Wings, Orange Chicken, Beef Dumplings, Crab Rangoons, Chicken Fried Rice, and the Fried Wontons. Everything was really tasty. Out of all of the food we got our least favorite was the chicken fried rice; it lacked some flavor in the meat. After adding some soy sauce though, it was good. The Fried Wontons were delicious! We all liked the dumpling sauce with just about everything. The little shop in the store was nice too. My son said he loved the ambiance.”

“This is my second experience working with Lyn at Quilted Memories. The first time I ordered a quilt for my son going off to college. I live in Virginia, and was a little unsure if we would be able to work from a distance and still get a nice outcome. The quilt was FANTASTIC. He absolutely loved it when he received it and still loves it two years later. I love how well it is holding up.I just ordered a second quilt for my daughter who is now going to be a freshmen in college. She absolutely lit up when she saw it. I collect t-shirts from friends and family members rather than making one from her old t-shirts. She loved how the t-shirts were stitched together, and wanted to know each and every person who contributed -although some of them she recognized right away. She was so excited, and I know that quilt is already comforting since she is nervous about leaving home.I LOVE working with Lyn. She is so nice and really responsive. She just makes the whole thing easy, and I trust her completely.One of the shirts we used was from my Dad’s uniform in Vietnam. She used part of it in my son’s quilt, saved the remnants, and sent them back to me. We then used a remnant in the second quilt. She is so very thoughtful.I cannot rate this business highly enough. I have a third child, and you can bet that I will be back to get one made for her. Thank you Quilted Memories for making such special gifts and doing it with so much care and attention!”
