The staff and the owner are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with a gazillion questions we had on the order intake.I'll update this after the order is completed.

They custom cut glass pieces. We had them replace a glass piece for our fireplace. Service rep is a bit abrupt. It can take two weeks or more, especially if they say business hours. Put in an order around Christmas and it was ready mid January.
