Besides special ordering the planks and trim, the store is stocked with everything we need for the job. “I'm happy to have this store in my area. It's not the nearest store to my home, but this location has a tool rental area (at the NW corner of the store) which offers a wide selection of tools, and has come in handy several times. I've rented large, seldom used tools like a tiller (to remove rocks from my front yard) and a concrete etcher (so I could apply epoxy to my garage floor). The tools were available at reasonable rates and worked as expected, while the service was always knowledgeable and helpful. Sweet!”
“Went in to purchase a new dish washer. Customer service was really nice and very helpful. Due to our low countertop, we needed to make sure we purchased one that would fit. They were able to find us a few on display (and a few in stock in the warehouse but not on display) that would work for us. Decent price (I think), got it delivered, and it fit - no problem.
We signed up for their credit card to pay for it, which gave us good terms. However, I missed a payment (this is on me). So, after I discovered my error, I went on the Synchrony Financial website (Lowes bank) and paid everything in full and walked away. Then, 7-8 days later, another charge was added, which I didn't notice until this too received an overdue charge. When I called, they were not helpful at all, but again I paid everything left in full, but the Synchrony Financial person still couldn't guarantee I wouldn't receive another extra charge and told me to check back.
So, to sum up, Lowes was great; but their choice of banks for their store credit card (Synchrony Financial) was a bad company decision. I can say I will probably never finance thru them again.”

“I recently bought a Villa near this Lowe's on Stateline. I've been 6-7 times in the past 3 weeks. Today I scored in the area of customer service! PETE S. helped me solve a shelving problem. He went out of his way to find just the right solution to my shelving problem. He left his department after asking if I needed any help. Lowe's you need more employees like PETE S. When I have been in previously I was sold paint without the required tint, I was told by customer service that Lowe's doesn't sell the closet wire shelving, I've been ignored ... but today PETE S. gave me a reason to come back!”
“Went shopping for brick to make a fire pit area and sidewalk. Had a great selection and arrangement of displays. All items had QR codes and posted prices. No running around looking for an employee. Prices were lower than Lowes or Home Depot. Did have to pay for delivery to house, but still a couple cents cheaper after adding in delivery. The competitors had free shipping for at least a pallet load. Renard isn't as close, but, I like going there.”

We prefer Lowes to other home improvement stores for a number of reasons, but primarily because it is always clean, feels bright & organized, and tends to offer more products in our design preference.
I’ve been going to this Lowes for at least 10 years, maybe more. I’ve never had to wait long for assistance from knowledgeable employees. In fact, just yesterday, three different employees approached us to assist locating items, answer any questions, and when leaving, someone else checked to sure we found everything.
Woman assisting the self-serve checkouts even mentioned how much she loved working there, and attributed the environment to longevity of her awesome store manager. just seems people say so few positive things these days so I wanted to throw that in there. Nice to be surrounded by positive people”
