“Everything was great except they charged me for a dolly use when its right in the way of loading and unloading. They should only rent the trucks with the dollies to the people who request them. My budget is already tight with the move etc, so didnt plan on the extra 48.00 that was taken from my card. Above all everything else was great.”

“I drove across country with a half baked plan. Larry was extremely helpful and patient over the phone, making sure I was aware of problems people can run into. I showed up with 5 mins to spare and then Darla helped me back up the truck into a safe spot to leave until I came back the next day to unload into a storage unit.
