These Verizon reviews highlight a mix of positive experiences and significant frustrations. Customers praise the store's staff for their professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Several reviews commend employees like Justin, Hank, Teo, and MacKenzie for providing excellent service, explaining options clearly, and making the process of upgrading or switching phones easy and painless. These team members are seen as honest, knowledgeable, and considerate, with some customers even suggesting they deserve bonuses or raises for their efforts. However, many reviews also point out serious issues with Verizon’s customer service, especially when dealing with online orders and account changes. One customer experienced frustration when an online order was not approved or sent to the store, resulting in long waits on hold, transfers, and difficulty getting assistance. Despite the store manager’s efforts to help and staying after hours to resolve the problem, the customer left empty-handed due to support limitations. Another reviewer shared a two-week ordeal trying to change a business phone number, citing poor corporate support and unhelpful transfers, which caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. Overall, the store staff is highly appreciated for their dedicated service, often going above and beyond, even on their days off. Yet, the reviews reveal that the broader Verizon customer service system can be unorganized and unprofessional, leading to delays and frustration. The store’s ability to assist customers directly is valued, but the weakness lies in corporate support and online order management, which need improvement for a smoother experience.
