“Apart from VPS's being a bit on the priceier side, I have literally no compliant about their service. In the nearly 4 years I've had my VPS hosted by them my server has only experienced 2 outages, both of which were my fault. I trust their services and say the price is worth it.”
“I had an excellent experience last week with the Town Center store. Went in to replace my kids sync up watch under warranty. James, the Mgr, quickly set me up by ordering a new watch to arrive the next day, which it did.
Unfortunately, that watch was still tethered to the previous acct holder, and after an hour of working with a store rep (who also spent time on the phone with tech support) we were unable to pair with this watch.
They ordered another replacement for me, shipped to my home. Received that unit and it wouldn't connect to a cell/wireless signal for pairing with my account. Went back to the store and spoke with Becca who was great.
She and James (Mgr.) assisted in quickly upgrading me to the newer watch version, checked to make sure it was connected/working and got me out the door quickly and professionally.
All employees I interacted with in the several visits to the Town Center store were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help solve my dilemma. I'm very happy with the service I received here and recommend anyone looking for a top notch customer experience (harder to find these days) to visit James and his team.”

Navigated me from confusion to new phone with skill and detailed explanations. Copped that new Samsung 26 Ultra and bro threw the screen protector on it which saved me from conducting that level of intense surgical precision at the crib. While I setup my stuff for the trade in, I seen him and the staff triage a room full of customers tactfully and bro still kept stopping thru to check in on ya boy till my stuff was done. Masterclass. “I highly recommend this store in Midtown. Darius was a big help after I lost wifi at my apartment for a couple days. I got their wifi router & was in & out within 20 minutes.

“I am genuinely confused as to why they don't have a higher rating. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful. Nick has been quick to respond to every email and call. I switched to fiber last month and Mike came and was very professional and really respectful of my space. I had some issues with my router (which was equipment I purchased no fault of KCFiber/liNKCity) I have needed them to come over a few times to help and everyone (Mike and Nick) has been helpful and never made me feel like I was a bother. I have spoken to 2 other people on the phone and they were friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I have, with the product and the business! Highly recommend.”
