“I took my Summer 2023 office chair project to another upholstery store; big mistake. From that experience, I will start and end every upholstery project at Victor's. The quality, craftsmanship, and service is exceptional.”

“If you are looking for things for your kitchen Pryde’s has got you covered. Their customer service was excellent and they even offered us tea or coffee while we shopping. Make sure you visit their bakery while you are there. Their fresh baked goods were so good. Their pie crust is so flaky and buttery. I honestly could have eaten a whole pie of just crust.”

“Very large and beautiful selection! Staff is very helpful. We went there in search of a rug and found one we liked, but the size we wanted isn't a very popular size. The woman working there (I forgot her name!) told us she could give us the information for a rug-cutter that does good work. We had a great experience!”

“So many great tile options. I picked out my tile for the first bathroom remodel here and will probably utilize them for the 2nd and 3rd bathroom. Lots of LVP options as well. The vanity selection in store isn’t the best but for everything floor wise they have a ton of options. My only critique and it is a major one is they are always understaffed. There’s hardly anyone to help you on the floor when needed. Multiple times I’ve gone up to the front checkout clerk who seemed to be the only one in the entire store and asked if I could get help in a section and then waiting for 20 mins and no one ever came over. Yesterday there were a couple guys offloading tile I guess, I asked for help and they said sure we can help you in 20 mins. No radioing someone else over or even offering to quickly check the price for me which was all I wanted. Basically saying we’re busy good luck ha.”

“Selection : Home Decor freaks this is the place for you. No other store in KC inspires me more. I literally could roam this store for hours. I love the small things to the furniture pieces. There is surely something for everyone. Perfect place to shop if you are looking for a house warming gift as well. Unique and charming pieces. I really felt like every corner was a page from an AD magazine. Service : Kind and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being hounded -- which is great. But I also felt like I was acknowledged so if I did need any assistance I wasn't running up and down the stairs. Value: The pricing is pretty accurate and reflects the trends of today. I would expect mid-high prices. Although I found the clearance section to be quite affordable.”

“Megan is great to work with when choosing the best bedding! Scandia is hands down the only bedding to purchase. We spend a third of our lives in bed. It’s worth the investment. Once you have experienced it you will never buy any other bedding.”

“I was greeted warmly and the clerk did everything possible to help me find the shirt I wanted, going so far as to call other stores. None of them having it in stock, passed along a free shipping pass for the website to order it there. This place is a jewel to KC.”

“!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!I brought in a rug that had been in my elderly parents house for 30+ years that needed a lot of TLC. From “attempted to clean up animal accidents”, to torn fringe… It was a sad sight. Not only did Accents get the old rug sparkling clean and mended the abused fringe, they were also incredibly gracious and professional. Officially my place for all rug needs and purchases!”

“This place was awesome! If you're looking for unusual or period pieces for your home...this is the place to look! The gals that run the place are very helpful too. I was in town celebrating my son's birthday with him and he recommended going there to find furnishings for the Airbnb I'm setting up. I found several nice things, at a good price. I'll be back.”

“This is my second experience working with Lyn at Quilted Memories. The first time I ordered a quilt for my son going off to college. I live in Virginia, and was a little unsure if we would be able to work from a distance and still get a nice outcome. The quilt was FANTASTIC. He absolutely loved it when he received it and still loves it two years later. I love how well it is holding up.I just ordered a second quilt for my daughter who is now going to be a freshmen in college. She absolutely lit up when she saw it. I collect t-shirts from friends and family members rather than making one from her old t-shirts. She loved how the t-shirts were stitched together, and wanted to know each and every person who contributed -although some of them she recognized right away. She was so excited, and I know that quilt is already comforting since she is nervous about leaving home.I LOVE working with Lyn. She is so nice and really responsive. She just makes the whole thing easy, and I trust her completely. One of the shirts we used was from my Dad’s uniform in Vietnam. She used part of it in my son’s quilt, saved the remnants, and sent them back to me. We then used a remnant in the second quilt. She is so very thoughtful.I cannot rate this business highly enough. I have a third child, and you can bet that I will be back to get one made for her. Thank you Quilted Memories for making such special gifts and doing it with so much care and attention!”

“Drove a couple hours to get to Hobby Lobby to get DMC floss and stitching supplies. It is too bad that there is not a Hobby Lobby in Southeast Kansas for the rural residents of the State. I'm certain that the residents in the surrounding counties would flock to the store and keep it busy. I can go to Kansas City and Wichita and find a Hobby Lobby every few miles.”
