“PROs: Good location. Plenty of parking (park in the covered garages). Plenty of stuff to buy for your home or as gifts. Clean bathrooms. Great place to walk for your exercise.
CONs: Short on customer service. There use to be a greeter at the entrance. This was the closest IKEA to my home, almost an hour drive.
We only came in for stackable shoe racks. We had to search and ask 2 different service representatives to help us. Each one just gave us directions (go through this opening, make a left, then a right, until you see the stairs, take the stairs to the lower level, etc.....). Then we had to find another person for directions.
I didn't realize it was going to take us nearly 40 mins to find them and there was so many distracting items that was not on our list. We learned our lesson.... We should've ordered shoe racks online.
But we got our exercise steps in. Oh! And there's a fantastic cafe upstairs. Another distraction. And you can order cinnamonbons at the self checkout.”
“There is something so warm and welcoming about Pryde’s. If you go on a weekend, expect it to be crowded. We want local business to be crowded! If you stop by on a weekday afternoon you’ll often be offered coffee or tea while you shop. While the prices may be higher than Big Online Retailers™ so is the quality. Buy it nice or buy it twice and if you’re going to buy it nice, buy it from Pryde’s! Not everything is All Clad and Le Creuset, some of my most reliable kitchen tools are OXO and can be purchased from Pryde’s. The staff is always kind and helpful and the gift wrap offering is seldom found anywhere anymore. I feel so fortunate to have Pryde’s in my community and to have the experience of eyeing something I really love and aspire to and investing in their pieces when I can.”

As a first time rug-owner, Mori made sure I understood the importance of maintenance and care, all while making sure that rug I brought in was cleaned and in tip-top shape. Any future rug needs/cleanings I have will be at Accents Galleria with Mori.”

I am in the process of moving to Kansas and haven’t been able to find a brick and mortar that supplied what I use for my craft like back home….until now. Smudge bundles! Crystals! Dry herbs to add to my apothecary! Oils! Incense! I could go on and on, but this review would be a book. Thank you to the owner and staff for providing such a beautiful spot in Olathe. My witchy heart is SO grateful. I will be back quite often.”

“I love coming to this place and all the stuff is cute, however, it is starting to become apparent that sellers are using their “small business” title to sell things that they bought from large multibillion dollar companies for a very low price, and they put a price that would be about 10x the price than what they bought it for. There are a lot of great sellers with handmade products, but something that’s began to push it over the edge are some of the sellers selling “lafufus”. It’s starting to feel like going to the mall with all those cheap little toys that they charge you extra for. This place used to be a five stars for me, but recently, it’s been going downhill. I would still recommend it, but just keep an eye out for things you could probably get elsewhere for a better price, unless it is a handmade custom product by the seller. Other than that, this place is magical around Christmas time and there ARE sellers that have amazing products.”

My girlfriend and I recently visited Van Liew's to pick out some new pieces for our yard, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They have been in business since 1927, and it's easy to see why they’ve stood the test of time. Their inventory is unmatched—they have just about every kind of poly cast and concrete container you could ever imagine.
We ended up purchasing several gorgeous garden urns and statuary pieces. The customer service throughout was completely exemplary. What really impressed us is that if they don't have exactly what you're looking for on-site, they will willingly special order anything they can locate from their manufacturers. It is truly a wonderful place to shop, and we will definitely be back.

“My experience with Quilted Memories LLC was fantastic from day one when I initially met with Lynn. I made an appointment and she explained the process of making a t-shirt quilt.
My adult daughter got busy selecting her most memorable t-shirts from her athletic achievements over the years.
Then we hand selected the materials, patterns and colors (with the knowledge and help from staff from Quilted Memories)
The result was a fabulous quilt! It is so beautiful I wish I could post a picture.
