“As someone completely new to archery, walking into Bass Pro Shops in Olathe could have been pretty overwhelming—but thanks to Ian and Gary, it turned into an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help.
I had a lot of questions and very little knowledge, but Ian and Gary took the time to walk me through everything step by step. Right off the bat, they noticed that I had actually purchased the wrong bow and quickly remedied the situation, explaining that I needed a right-handed bow rather than a left-handed one. They took the time to make sure I understood the differences and helped get me set up with the correct equipment.
Their expertise was obvious, but what really stood out was how approachable and helpful they were throughout the entire process. Because of their guidance, I left feeling confident about my purchase and excited to get started with archery. Customer service like that is hard to find these days.

My CZ 457 Precision Trainer 22 lr is crazy accurate and a blast to shoot! I loved the accuracy and quality of my CZ 75 Shadow. I wanted to make it unique and I love the finished product even more!Keep up the great work CZ!”
“Leaving an extremely positive review here. I purchased a bushnell scout **** rangefinder with arc technology, which I think might have been brand new then, back in 2008. It has been in and out of my golf bag, dropped out of the tree on more occasions than I'd like to admit, and this thing has never stopped working. Just took it out of my hunting bag to put in my golf bag once again. That's what prompted this review. Obviously been a great product with me. So, thank you bushnell for my great experience!
