“My husband and I both purchased a DEXA scan, and the process was quick and easy.At the time when I scheduled, they were open all days of the week, so it was nice to have the flexibility of being able to get in on the weekend.We went on a Sunday morning and Oubon was our helper. She was super kind and enthusiastic, despite the frigid weather. She walked us through the whole process and explained our results. She made the experience very pleasant!A couple miscellaneous notes for any first-timers:- I recommend reading the DEXA scan protocol before going in so you know how to prepare (i.e. what to wear, what to/not to eat, etc.).- DexaFit prints off a colored report for you to take home, but they also has an app, so you can keep all your results online.- The DexFit facility was clean and well-kept.- The DEXA scan is pretty quick (My husband and I made our own appointments for 8am and 8:30am, but Oubon was super efficient and we were able to get both our DEXA and Styku scans and be in and out in 30 min.)This will definitely be our go-to place to check in on our fitness progress.”

“You just had one great man come to work for you...Victor P.I bled out 2 years ago and needed 6 units of blood. I was needled over 50 times using both arms. Victor was the only one who could get blood out of me everytime on the first try !! I will miss him at Mercy if I ever have to come there again.He is fantastic at what he does !!”
“I recently came here to get my blood drawn (had previously scheduled an appointment but they do take walk-ins) and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The check in process was done via self kiosk and was pretty self-explanatory, so even those who are not tech-savvy should have no problem figuring out how to check in and scan their ID/insurance card.I tend to get nervous around needles, but the technician who drew my blood made me feel super at ease and she did it so fast I didn’t even have time to get nervous. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back the next time I need blood work!”

“Located in Building E in the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute on the 3rd floor, room 325. Was able to make an appointment online at 1 for 1:30. Got there and checked in on the kiosk and was helped within 5 minutes. There is no receptionist in the waiting room, just the kiosk. Whole thing took about 15 minutes all together. Phlebotomist who helped me was kind, gentle, and quick!”
“I came in for a drug screening for work. Me and this other gentlemen were having trouble with the sign in screen. Andrea came out of the back to help both of us understand without an appointment we would have to wait to be fit in and showed us how to do that. That is the epitome of what customer service looks like. She is knowledgeable and patient and that is why I will always come to this location even though I have now moved to Kansas”

“My appointment today was wonderful. I used the Checkin from my phone and walked in when I got a text to say they were ready. The lady at the front desk was helpful. The phlebotomist was cheerful and very nice. I have been here 2 times in the past with less than stellar customer service but LabCorp and their new staff have turned this location around and were lovely!”

“Not sure about the negative reviews, but I had a great experience today. The office is in a clean, professional, modern building. The front staff were very friendly. Check in was easy- just scan the QR code and your drivers license. My doctor had already sent the requisition so the process was fast. The phlebotomist took my blood painlessly and she was very courteous. They were running about 15 minutes behind, but the waiting room was comfortable. No one likes getting blood drawn, but I totally recommend this facility.”
