“My package was hung up cycling around KC and not getting to it’s destination. If you ever have an issue with your mail or shipping, as I have a few times , the women in this post office know how to get things done. And fast! Are they the friendliest?Not always, but I guess that depends on how courteous you are as well. I have never had an issue with that.”

She was quick, efficient, and very professional, while handling other customers. She took care of everyone before us quickly, and helped out everyone after us, while we were filling out forms, so that we didn't have to wait. Incredible employee!!”

“I love the fact that banking needs are met on a personal level. It reminds me of banking as a child where everyone was friendly and had time to chat about the weather and/or exchange a family story. I've never ran into a disgruntled customer either. There are a few things I can't readily do but I don't minding, I'd rather bank here than elsewhere.”
