Reviews are correct and I find it absolutely laughable this office is open 6 hours a day with an hour lunch break. Needs work all the way around from the employees to the hours.

Came in to ask for a ballpark figure to ship something overnight. Even brought in the item so it could be weighed. Was told he cant give me a quote, man was grumpy and rude. I went and spent my money at UPS, where they had no problem quoting me and helping me out.

I had to do the lady’s job to reach over her desk to put my little box (2lbs) on her scale. My next item, I asked if they do return labels she said that is something they don’t do… I goggled USPS services and that is something they offer. Such a disappointment…
