staff here is rude. the location is only open 6 hours a day, yet they are closed an hour for lunch daily. why not staff two people or do different shift times?

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The associate, Marissa, made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. She didn’t acknowledge me at all, and it was obvious I wasn’t as important as the other customers. What made it worse was that when another customer walked in shortly after, they were immediately greeted with a smile and assistance. The difference in treatment was hard to ignore—it felt personal, as if I just wasn’t her “cup of tea.”
Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially at a public service institution. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I won’t be returning to this location if I can help it.

I went in today for a money order. The guy at the counter made me feel soooo awkward. Quite frankly little uncomfortable, being one of my hundreds was a little mangled.. as if I would walk into a federal facility with counterfeit currency.. It took 9 minutes for him to check my bills. After walking across the room to grab his phone like I would get nervous..

I ship tons of packages at this location. I love how easy it is to drop off already labeled packages. I never have to wait and the service is awesome!

Dropped a package off Saturday, estimated delivery was Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and there is zero update on tracking besides accepted! No one answers the local number for the office either ? and the 800 number has no update either ?

Tiffanie was incredibly helpful, and even stayed after close to help me and my wife. If the post office has more people like her, I think they'd have 5 star reviews across America. She was quick, efficient, and very professional, while handling other customers. She took care of everyone before us quickly, and helped out everyone after us, while we were filling out forms, so that we didn't have to wait. Incredible employee!!

I dropped off an international mail redirection form and it was not actioned. I received no confirmation and was simply dismissed by the postal worker. My mail is still being delivered to my old address. Im now living overseas and can't access my mail. I have to write a LETTER to request this again. In the meantime, who knows where my mail is.

Went in to drop off a prepaid package yesterday, and before I even got in the door, the person at the counter was yelling "Ma'am, I close in FOUR MINUTES" then he/she noticed I was just dropping off and said "oh". I didn't say anything, just dropped the package and left. But I should have said "So you're OPEN?!" Everyone at this office is always rude.

Convenient drop box location here for letters - available 24/7. That's about all I've used them for. Bought stamps a couple times here. Just your standard little local post office.

Tried stealing our package, which included an expensive tablet. I paid for shipping, and it was never received by the person I was sending it to. So after two weeks, I went here to ask what's going on, and they never sent it out, and it was removed from one of its boxes (since it's fragile I put it into two boxes) and was kept in the back room. I should've realized that something was wrong when they never gave me a tracking number. They didn't give any excuses, only that they "misplaced it". DON'T trust this place.
