I have lived in several apartments over the years, and what I have learned is that a home is not just about the age of the building or the newest features—it is about how you are treated and how much people care.

Since moving to Village Green, I have been extremely impressed by the kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism of the management and maintenance team. The property manager and assistant manager both, especially Andree!! truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued. 💙She listens, follows up, and takes concerns seriously. Even when I mention something casually, she remembers it and works to make improvements. That level of attention shows that residents are not just numbers or rent payments—they are people.

The maintenance team has also been wonderful. They are respectful of my home, communicate before entering, and take pride in their work. When my aging HVAC system struggled to keep up with the Kansas heat, they addressed the issue and replaced it that made a huge difference in my comfort.💛

What stands out most is the sense of community here. The ast property manager has created an environment where neighbors help each other. The free item area in the laundry room is a great example—residents can share clothes, dishes, and household items instead of throwing useful things away. It may seem like a small thing, but it creates a feeling that people here look out for one another.

I have also appreciated how much effort goes into keeping the property a welcoming place. Concerns are addressed respectfully, common areas are cared for, and residents are encouraged to take pride in where they live.

Village Green may be an older apartment community, but it has something many newer places cannot provide: a genuine sense of belonging. The people who manage and maintain this property are what make it special.

the amenities are amazing and the units COME WITH washers and dryers. unheard of!!!! ?

you will not get your full deposit back. no matter how well you clean, how many units you rent, or how many years you stay. you just won’t.?

they removed the gates that they used to lock in odd ways so it’s a lot easier to get to your apartment at night if you live on the west side of the creek. nice and quiet most of the time even after the removal ?

all in all i feel it’s just too many units with not enough staff, but the staff that is there is amazing. thank you Trish and Andy you guys have helped me through so much.”

“I just moved into the Tails recently and it’s been nothing short of a great experience. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in, we love the outdoor patio space that our apartment has, the complex is pretty quiet, and I never have issues parking directly in front of my apartment building. The office staff are friendly and helpful, there are several great amenities (sand volleyball, basketball court, amazing pool area, updated gym, putting green, playground) and the amenities are well kept. Maintenance resolves issues lightning fast!”
