He coached me through some possible trouble areas around some future repairs so I could plan ahead for it. Solid turn around time and communication and just an overall great experience.”
“If you want a shop that adds prices to your bill and completely takes advantage of you and makes sure they treat you poorly, keep looking. These guys get pretty much everyone's business from Sterling because they do one simple thing: they do the work better and exactly as promised and usually cheaper than everywhere else. Oh, and as far as adding to your bill? I had some custom work done painting a snowboard. Jeremy said it went on easier than expected and took 25% off the bill on his own. Who does that? Quoted $80, charges $60. 20yrs later and the paint is still perfect.”
