“Wilhite was contracted for our pack out on a Military PCS in 2018. They were prompt with their arrival, and worked quickly to get things packed. I will say I wish things were a little more organized in the packing, but, nothing horrible happened and we had no broken or missing items.”

“I never right reviews, but Rudolph the owner of the facility is a very down to earth person and good guy to talk to. I had to come on here to show my support for him.In 2019 I had to pack up my home and put it away in storage for awhile. The same year while I was away there was a major flood that came through the area. Hearing of the flood, and that even cars had been flooded and were in need major repairs. I was concerned to say the least, that my belongings in storage would have major water damage. To my surprise they were still as good as new upon my return. The facility is well trenched and if that flood didn't damage anyone's belongings there I don't for see any water damage happening in the future.My advise to anyone storing sensitive items, anywhere not just here, that you do your do diligence and properly prepare. Keep electronics away from the floor and saran wrap furniture to prevent humidity from getting into them and causing that funky mildew smell from effecting them.Over all, I'll be storing there again in the future.”

“Had a great experience using this facility to store my stuff while deployed. The startup was easy with the automated machine at the office. After you sign up, be sure to call to setup auto pay, ask about the military discount, and provide your proof of insurance. Unit showed no sign of moisture when I came back after 9 months. I threw mouse bait out when I moved in. I had one dead mouse in the unit and very minimal mouse droppings. Closing the account was very easy with me just emailing the customer service with my move out date.”
