“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this post office☺. It’s a very small location with only a couple of employees, and I know that working in a busy post office can be stressful😬. Despite that, I’ve always been treated with kindness and have found the staff to be helpful and professional. I had an issue today that needed to be resolved, and it was handled quickly, professionally, and with understanding. Honestly, it took less time for her to resolve the issue than it took for me to explain it! 😂 Having been military and having dealt with many different post offices over the years😰, I truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness I’ve consistently received at this location. I’m grateful for the service they provide and wanted to take a moment to recognize the good experience I’ve had here. Thank you💜!”

“I've been going here for almost 4 years for all my shipping needs that I am able to. I will never (as long as I live here) go to UPS or USPS if I can go to Box-n-Ship! They are friendly, quick, make everything so much easier. Plus if I time it right I can park right next to the building. They also do the free care packages to APO so that is amazing!”

“These people work very hard. Many of them are veterans. So give them a break. Would it be nice if they answered the phone? Of course. Was I pleased that my Christmas package went all the way around the world and came back to me because the guy at the counter didn't check my customs form? Not really. But there are a million little things they have to deal with every day. Try to work with them, not against them. Yes, mail service in Kansas is not great overall, but the JC post office is the best around.”
