The staff is patient and kind, going the extra mile to assist customers, even staying late to help. While the bank generally receives positive reviews for its service, there have been some instances of rude and incompetent tellers who provided inconsistent information. However, the bank also employs knowledgeable and helpful employees, such as Alexandria and Ashley/Jada, who were able to resolve issues efficiently and leave customers satisfied.
