We traded in our 2019 Touareg for a 2023 ID4. There is a lot to get used to, going to a fully electric vehicle, and Jason, our salesman, was terrific. My only disappointment was the unavailability of all the features we wanted to have on our ID4.

I was able to make an appointment for my car within a reasonable time frame. Diagnostics was done quickly and I was given a comprehensive overview of the issues and the time frame the repair could be done in.
