βDipman Auto Service was a great experience. I was visiting my brother from out of town when my thermostat failed. My brother has been taking his vehicles here for a decade. They got it in the very day and had it repaired same day. They made sure everything was right including a follow up check up so I also had them do an oil change. βI made an appointment for an oil change today and was helped by Stephen. He provided excellent customer service, was very personable, and didnβt try and oversell me on upgrades. He also checked pressure in all my tires and filled them all up to proper levels. In and out in 20 minutes without leaving my car seat! Planning to go back tomorrow for a full car inspection (my appointment was only for an oil change) and looking forward to working with Stephen again.β

I test drove Mazda, Toyota, Subaru the first day. Next day, I went to Bud Brown VW and had Jason show me what they had to offer. I had every intention of going to Nissan, Buick, Hyundai and Kia that day.
After test driving the VW Taos, hearing about VW warranties and the current 0% interest and 0 down, I bought my car right then and there!
Jason is a knowledgeable, down to earth, not pushy guy. Very easy to work with and you can tell he loves what he does.
The dealership was fair on my trade in and made the process smooth.

βI was happy for the most part with the service provided. in addition to the oil change etc you provided , we also had a chip repaired in our windshield from an outsourced vender. We were slightly disappointed with the repairs as there is now a glob where the chip was. We were anticipating a clear glass windshield.β
βVery reliable and honest. I went to have a part replaced and after the inspection he told me that I didn't need to change it and he gave me a complete courtesy inspection for free.β
βWant a place for car repairs that is honest, will let you know what you really need and not press you for what you donβt really need? They can keep hi tech cars humming but be honest about what your 200K mile 10 year old carβs bare minimum needs are.
In other words I trust them.β

βI had an engine check light on my 2011 Suburban which said that I was having misfires on cylinder 7. I was preparing to go on a trip and needed my Suburban to be in top shape. New Concept Auto Service performed a complete tune-up (at my request) and cleaned the fuel system to clear any junk that was in the fuel injectors. The car runs and idles perfectly now. Thanks for the repairs!!!β
βMy vehicle was having some mysterious interior water leaking issues when it would rain. I took it in and worked with Jose, Angel, and Hector, each of them are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, explained everything to me clearly, and handled the repair in a really reasonable time frame. You can tell they know what theyβre doing and take pride in their work.
Finding a shop thatβs both skilled and honest hasnβt been easy for me personally, but these guys for sure exceeded my expectations of quality work! Recommend!β
βYou can not get any more professional then Newman's Auto Body & Repair. When dealing with Doug and Rob they where both great. They handled everything with insurance and made life simple. Communication with both was over and above they communicated throughout the process informing us of any parts and time frames that were on order. We were super happy when they expedited orders and got the vehicle done in a shorter time frame than originally quoted. After they completed repairing the vehicle you would have never known that it needed and had body work done.β
βBrought 2 trucks in for service. Both Ram 1500's. One needing exhaust repairs. The other needing a fuel sending unit and 4x tire install. Provided exceptional service in a very timely manner at a more than fair price. This shop will continue to get my buisness.β
