“I was referred to Newmans by some “car people” friends and was so happy with the work done.
Damage was teenager vs Mailbox that resulted in a generous dent and scratches. Since it was a teenagers car we didn’t want to spend a fortune and the shop gave us options on how to help keep the cost down-choices on what really needed to be done and things that we could save a few bucks on. Very transparent and no pressure. I got a couple of bids and theirs was in line with the other shops on the area. What really set them apart for me was service. Everyone was friendly and nice, the phone never went to a machine, and they were able to get the work done ahead of the quoted time. I’ll be back !”

“After visiting family in the Kansas City area, we checked out of our hotel on our way to visit more family in OK. I checked my oil and noticed radiator fluid spots on top of my radiator, but wasn’t too concerned. I got to a part store for oil and noticed fresh radiator fluid atop the radiator and thought that I should have somebody look at it before our long drive. I called New Concepts Automotive in Olathe, KS and they got us in right away. They determined that we needed a new radiator. Mine was the original in a 2001 Pathfinder. Julie at the front desk was great and found the part we needed and they replaced the radiator that day. This was a blessing because I really didn’t want to get another hotel. I can’t say enough about this group. Each person was friendly and knowledgeable and really made us feel valued. We got to our destination that day with no issues. I would certainly recommend New Concepts Automotive in Olathe for your automotive needs. BTW, it takes a lot to get me to write a review, but these guys earned it.”

I test drove Mazda, Toyota, Subaru the first day. Next day, I went to Bud Brown VW and had Jason show me what they had to offer. I had every intention of going to Nissan, Buick, Hyundai and Kia that day.

I took it in and worked with Jose, Angel, and Hector, each of them are incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
