Nearly everyone knew my name and showed concern for me, as well as for Lou. Every single person there is so compassionate and took time to get to know me and Lou. I loved the phone calls updating me, when needed. It may not be the newest nursing facility, but I can say, without reservation, there is no better care anywhere, than at Villa St Francis”

While I had other issues going on with my case, KVC was easy to deal with and seemed to want me to succeed. I should have taken better advantage of the resources offered. The parenting class offered was actually great too. I feel like all new parents should have to take that class.”
