“I don't think I've met a more patient man than Ian at CPR. My son's phone broke and I had an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed - they were unable to help me and sent me to see Ian. I had so much difficulty getting the insurance claim reassigned to CPR and figuring out how to get past all the security on the phone to even get to the point of having it fixed. Ian walked me through every part of it - all while continuing to fix other phones! When we finally got it worked out so that it could be fixed, he had it ready to go in minutes. It looks brand new and works great. I cannot thank this man enough for what he did and for his patience and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else.”

“They have saved me so much money and extended the life of my appliances! I first found them by a google search when my oven was giving me an error on its screen. It is an older model but I wasn’t ready to replace it yet. They fixed the issue locally. That was in 2020 and my oven is still going strong 6 years later. My latest issue was a broken button on the control panel circuit board of my dish washer. They fixed it quickly and the service there is really great. Give them a try before disposing of your entire appliance. Let’s try to repair things before we toss them and buy new.”

Since I live in the KC area where Garmin is based, they even allowed me to drive to their service center and replace the defective dashcam. Friendly and Knowledgable.”
