“I broke my phone last night and was out of state and I needed it fixed ASAP before I went into work. With it being a holiday weekend a lot of other phone repair places were closed or they opened really late or if you wanted OEM they were gonna charge you an arm and a leg. They were able to get me in. They quoted me $150 to fix my phone. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was amazing and he was so great, very understanding and super professional. He got it done in a timely manner. I was able to drop my phone off and go home get ready for work and come back and have my phone fixed and I’d say it took about 30 minutes altogether. Also, bottom left edge was bent in from where my phone was shattered, and he bent it out for me. The reason why I’m giving four stars the screen protector was a little bit pricey. It was about $30 for a screen protector, but if it ever breaks again, it’s covered under warranty. Other than that, this place was fabulous. I ended up spending a little more than I wanted to. But I’m just so grateful that my phone is fixed.”

Hardware issues can happen with any device, but when it does, Garmin is so responsive to make it right!
My Fenix 8 quit working on a Sunday morning run, I was able to chat with a rep (Colin) that same morning (Sunday!!) and he overnighted a replacement Fenix that was in my hands in less then 48 hours. Impressive! I'm big into the Apple ecosystem, but would never leave Garmin for my fitness products. Please keep doing what you're doing!”
