Jeff, the service technician, came out and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what had happened and how he was fixing it. It was clear he really knows his craft.

Jeff worked efficiently, got the washer opened, and made sure everything was taken care of. He was also very friendly and respectful of our home, which we really appreciated.

“I've been a Garmin user (multiple products - Fenix 2-8, Index scale, BP monitor, navigation products) for 20 years and just wanted to leave a review to give kudos to the wonderful support that I receive from Garmin! Hardware issues can happen with any device, but when it does, Garmin is so responsive to make it right!

My Fenix 8 quit working on a Sunday morning run, I was able to chat with a rep (Colin) that same morning (Sunday!!) and he overnighted a replacement Fenix that was in my hands in less then 48 hours. Impressive! I'm big into the Apple ecosystem, but would never leave Garmin for my fitness products. Please keep doing what you're doing!”
