“I had an insurance claim to have the LED display replaced on my Samsung Galaxy Ultra phone.On 1/13, Rob greeted me, was friendly, and explained the process.The 84th and Ward Parkway location didn't have heat that Saturday. However, he was a good sport, as he was bundled up.He and Marcellus, who I assume was the tech, both had coats on, but did their work without complaint. That's dedication.Rob suggested a protective screen coating but wasn't pushy and even applied it for me.The work was done timely and professionally.I would recommend this business!”

Because most of the other film camera repair technicians have retired you have to be very patient and realistic to get your film camera worked on - in my case a little over 2 months for my medium format Mamiya RB-67.
