When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by Dakota, and he pointed to where we would find my husband's size of boots.

While looking all the rows and shelves of beautiful boots, Conner came up, and was so very helpful, and knowledgeable about the different styles and brands of boots.

During our time at the store we tried on many sizes and styles of boots, two pairs of men's jeans, a ladies sweater wrap, but ultimately left with a beautiful pair of boots and care products to make them last thanks to Connor's upselling.
