“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

“I had the most amazing experience at store 182. A girl named Arleth helped me for 2 hours that I was here. The employees are so kinds and so helpful. I came in to get gifts for my grandkids for Valentine’s Day. I was I. Retail for over 50 years over at the plaza and when all that went away it didn’t have the same charm, so I know my experience with customers and your team was amazing and more valued than I thought I would ever value. I am 75 and made me feel like I was 35! The store manager, Amber, did everything right with the teams she has hired. Everyone had smiles and made the atmosphere amazing. Thank you to the Anna who was on the phone with me. The amercan eagle team at store 182 is amazing.”

“I had a damaged sweater given to me foe Christmas and they were able to provide a full refund. And while it was a seasonal item. They assisted in finding me the same sweater online which was on clearance. I ended up saving 18.00 after the extra customer service provided.”

“I visited here today to pick up some AF1s for a lady friend and it was a super pleasant experience. Tenska, Tameya and Cashét were really sweet, funny and helpful. Some of these negative reviews appear to be posted by the classic playa hatin Joco females.These girls were very knowledgeable about the shoes and the conversation and vibe was great. Don't mind the haters, and come here if you need shoes for a kid or if you're a gal shopping for yourself and wear youth sizes. It was a good time. They were wise beyond their years.”

“Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”

“Visited the Oak Park Mall Oakley store. The young lady I dealt with was very knowledgeable on the Px Oakley sunglasses I was interested in. She did a far better job than the vision office I go to annually for checkups and glasses. Would highly recommend her. She was quick to get my insurance taken car of and the glasses ordered.”
