“I can not say enough about the excellent customer service. From placing my order to delivery, everyone is so friendly & appreciative of our business with them. Way to go United Office Products for treating customers like they matter, that will always keep us coming back.”

“I have used the print department numerous times to bind notebooks for our homeschool that I have purchased and printed myself. This time my order was bound incorrectly and the store called to explain the situation. Without being asked, the store manager then proceeded to purchase the digital file himself so they could reprint and rebind according to how I wanted. That was not a cheap digital file. When I went to pick up the order they did not charge me for the binding either. This is top notch customer service which is extremely hard to find these days! Use the print department!!!”

“I had such a positive experience with Armiana, the Print Supervisor at Office Max Store #6374. I came in feeling tired and exhausted from work and just needed to print a document. Initially, I felt a bit dismissed by another employee who simply pointed me toward the self-service area without offering any guidance or asking if I needed help. When I approached Armiana and explained that I was too tired to figure it out on my own, he immediately stepped in with kindness and patience. He didn’t hesitate to help and went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. What impressed me even more was that he mentioned it was his first day on the job — and yet he handled everything with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service. His willingness to help truly made a difference in my day. Office Max is lucky to have him!”
