“I had such a positive experience with Armiana, the Print Supervisor at Office Max Store #6374. I came in feeling tired and exhausted from work and just needed to print a document. Initially, I felt a bit dismissed by another employee who simply pointed me toward the self-service area without offering any guidance or asking if I needed help.
When I approached Armiana and explained that I was too tired to figure it out on my own, he immediately stepped in with kindness and patience. He didn’t hesitate to help and went above and beyond to make the process easy for me.
