“Having frequented the store over the past year it feels as if the store is turning a new leaf.
I never expect much when going into a Salvation Army thrift store it’s just another thrift store and I held that sentiment for a long time but in the last several months I’ve noticed the store go in a new direction that gives me hope it can be better I believe they got a new younger manager and you can tell they’re putting in work.
The store is organized the staff is motivated and energized and super friendly welcomed in every time it’s truly a night and day difference
kudos to them they’ve truly made the store better.”
“Went in for my first time looking for a certain piece of furniture. There's quite a selection of older furniture and decor but I didn't find what I needed. Stock needs a little upgrading. The woman who works there was nice.”
“Keri was wonderful helping me in the store and finding great clothing. Chris has amazing taste and decorating. Her color combinations of the outfits along with the jewelry and accessories is so immensely helpful too the customers. The display for thanking military personnel is so needed and appreciated.”
“I feel bad for everyone that has had a bad experience here. I personally had a good experience and everyone was very engaging and so kind. Definitely will be coming back. 🧡💛”
“Love finding amazing deals here! Definitely go if you have some time to spare! Hidden deals, but watch for rips, stains, missing zippers and buttons, but it makes it part of the fun in searching!!”
“I love this place. I went today and found three items that i absolutely love that i feel were priced fairly. Ava helped me out and she was so friendly!! The place was organized and clean. I recommend!”
“I am a frequent shopper here and there was an incident tonight of a customer being very upset and unhinged to the staff until I stepped in, she CUSSING at them about political views WHILE CHILDREN were in the store. She said she was going to leave a fake review about bedbugs, and I came on here to check and sure enough she did. The ladies who work here are such sweethearts and were just in shock of this lady yelling at them. I feel bad for the workers, but I can promise the review left by Allison Frankovic is not true.”
“I review this store a 5 stars because this Plato's Closet always has a great selection of trendy clothes and accessories at awesome prices. It's super organized, making it easy to find cool stuff, and the staff is really friendly and helpful!”

“A very cute shop. It has a little bit of everything. They were also super sweet and helpful. I found lots of goodies at a very good price. Especially comparing other Olathe antique store prices. Will be making this a regular shopping visit for my mother and I!”
