this particular post office has been sitting on a package of mine for 4 days now. it hasn’t moved. so it’s a safe assumption this is another useless post office filled with incompetence.

Have always loved this location and don't understand the one star reviews. If you get in line behind 15 people, you're going to have to wait just like anyone else.

This is the largest post office I have seen! It seems that this location gets lots of bad reviews, but I have never had a negative experience here. They have tons of PO Boxes and lots of space to prepare your packages for shipment. It is easy to park and exit as well. I will continue to come to this location instead of others in the area.

I asked lady I want to ship some. Iphone headphones internationally, she said no, because contain lithium batteries. According to USPS website, yes, you can ship it as long as batteries are INSIDE the product, and product is sealed, and it is exactly what I said. Next time train employees better, no wonder so many bad reviews

Several residents packages all placed in one postal bin. It took over a week to get packages to correct recipients. Unacceptable. The mail carrier is always on her phone while placing mail in the boxes.

I’m giving one star unfortunately, I was expecting a package for my wife’s birthday. It was out for delivery on a Saturday and usually our mail is delivered around 11am-12pm but came at 10:32am. No problem not a big deal before knowing this, I stayed in my living room which is by our front door to be able to sign for the package. I believe I woke up around 7am and sat in the living room constantly refreshing the page to make sure I wasn’t going to miss my window. However when I refreshed the page at 10:32am I was told by tracking that a delivery attempt was made and no one responded. LIES after reviewing the ring footage on our camera HANNAH our delivery driver made no attempt whatsoever to actually get in contact with the customer which was us. She filled out the pink slip before even walking up to the door, placed it on the door without ringing or knocking. The gift was VERY expensive so I drove around to see if I could find her on our route but was very unlucky. After no signs of her ANYWHERE I drove to the usps facility and they were no help AT ALL. I was told by Luis Suarez the “manager” there was nothing they could do. Here’s the kicker my father was a usps carrier for 37 years and recently retired. Everything they told me was a LIE on trying to receive MY package due to the negligence of THEIR carrier. After waiting for almost 2 hours I decided to stay in the parking lot to see if I can catch her returning back from her route. Never met never seen her but after waiting 2 hours a woman carrier came FLYING through the parking lot the “authorized personal only” section of the back yard, I just assumed it was her because she was SPEEDING. Got the package and I was right it was her. Moral of the story if your on HANNAHS route on a Saturday and you have to sign off for your package GOOD LUCK, she will not attempt to make an actual delivery because she has other plans for the weekend besides doing her JOB.
Update 7/8/25
I’ve changed my original review from 1 star to 5 stars because David and his EXCELLENT customer service. David is the reason I am writing this review. David was AMAZING not only does he knock out passport applications very fast, but also very efficiently. Great attitude awesome spirit very friendly just an overall great asset to USPS’s organization. I waited maybe about 30-35 minutes to submit my application, this was the first time I’ve went through this process by the way. If I’m being completely honest I have anxiety, so being told how this process is done by multiple people was very frustrating for me because everytime someone would give me different information. Going into this I was under the assumption it was going to be very difficult! Not with David though, he made me not only feel very comfortable but reinsured me I had absolutely nothing to worry about. For someone who must do at least 100 passports a day and be soo friendly everytime that he does that takes exceptional skills. I’m writing all of this to say I truly appreciate David and the service he provided today for my passport. Thank You,
David

We applied for passports and had an appointment. We were greeted and taken care of and treated very well by David. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 is because there have been times when I have been there when there aren't enough postal agents to assist their customers.

Probably should have went by the reviews and went somewhere else. Drove by to use the mail drop a little bit after 12 in the afternoon. I could barely fit my card in the slot. The thing was so full. No way that is from just 1/2 of a day. In hindsight, I probably should’ve pulled my card back out, not sure it will make it to its destination in time

I have never in my entire life seen a more unhelpful group of people. They ALL seem so disinterested in doing their jobs. At this pos office I have seen them stand and talk to each other while the line of people waiting goes all the way out the door. 4 employees and 2 open windows. Then look up, sigh loudly and go back to their work stations. Now they won’t put something in the mail without enough tape on the package. And they don’t have any more tape in the whole facility? Seriously? Not proper amount of tape? How do you say you don’t care about doing a job without saying you don’t care? There it is. This is exactly what is wrong with the USPS and why they struggle. People would rather got to UPS and FedEx and pay a little bit more rather than deal with people like this.

This place is a great way to spend 30+ mins reading a book, playing phone games, or debating how to solve world peace. It is incredible that no matter what you do, it is always a huge wait. I don't know how they do it. Tuesday middle of the day, Thursday at open, Saturday, etc...doesnt matter when. Been this way for years.
Straight up impressive.

You typical government entity here. No sense of urgency, open late, close early. No very customer focus.
