Went in to get some questions answered about changing to Verizon after 20+ years with another carrier. Lam Hoang was great to work with, and I left knowing I was going to make the switch. Came back with my family an hour later, and Lam got us set up. He’s been available to answer other questions I’ve had and has made this process much easier. Good customer service makes everything better

The technician that was helping seriously decided to go on break right in the middle of helping us with our new phones. We sat there a little over 10 minutes. The MOD asked if we were being helped. She went and got him.He came out instantly. So, he had everything he needed to finish helping us. His excuse that he was finding our new phones was a lie.Lots of lazy employees that try to think of a way to not help you. When I tell them I'm turning in my old phone, because we had 30 days to turn it in, this guy acts like it's something he's never heard of.

Got skipped over multiple times even though I scanned that qr code. Waiting an over an hour as of now. Sitting here still waiting. It's now 3:00. We checked in 1:55 Saturday, Dec 9th. They still haven't got to us .There's literally 2 employees sitting at a table doing nothing, but chatting with each other.The person that initially greeted us didn't want to help us. So, what he did, in order to get out of helping us, was he assigned us to someone that was already busy. He put in the notes that we requested a specific person, but we had not. This resulted in us waiting over an hour even though there was others available to help us.Furthermore, I already know the "Owner" response is just computer generated like chat GPT.

Purchased a phone as a Christmas gift for husband. I was assured it would not be activated until turned on so it would be a surprise for the holiday. After leaving, all phones on our account could not make or receive calls. Went back and was told they just needed to be restarted. We all did that but husband’s phone still wouldn’t work! Turns out new phone WAS activated upon purchase! Had to go in with husband (surprise now ruined) and another associate saw immediately that it had been activated after all. Husband opened Christmas gift on 12/4 so he could use his phone.Unreal! No one even offered an apology after 3 separate trips to the store.

Excellent service when we decided which phones to buy and again today when we picked them up. Garrett did an outstanding job of answering questions, understanding what we needed and wanted, made sure everything was set up correctly for us while quietly helping a coworker assist a guy who stormed in angry and demanding help. It’s not the closest Verizon store to us, but the one we’ll go back to every time. It was a fun afternoon and that’s a 10/10 when upgrading phones!

Clueless, business consultant amber worthless advice, multiple employees bumping in to each other and not knowledgeable about international travel. Many people angry and walking out was told to buy new SIM card once in Mexico. Unacceptable!

I went in to get 2 voice and text only flip phones. Employee grabbed 2 out of a drawer. There were none on display and he made no attempt to show the phones or go over any features. He didn't open the box or assist with activation. I asked twice if they were voice and text only and he assured me they were. After I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon activating them I found they are internet connected flip phones with you tube, Google Chrome web browser, etc pre loaded onto them. When I returned to the store he insisted they had no internet services on them. I showed them they did.these are for 2 young kids and I don't want internet. They offered a refund minus a $50 per phone restocking fee. The phones were $79 each. The employees were incompetent and not willing to find a solution. Because of this we will be leaving Verizon.

Transfered 3 lines (3 new phones), bought a new watch, and signed up for internet service for our house. Spent 4 hours in the store the first time, back the same night for another hour due to set up issues. Back the next day for another 2 hours. Back again today for the 4th time. Cant get anything going correct. Except for taking my money! Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Update - The business responded to my feedback. Probably quicker than what it me to get the problem fixed they caused.I placed an order online for Pick up (Saturday) at this store as I was switching carriers. In that order I attempted to do an eSIM activation on my 23 Ultra which failed and I lost service. I was directed to this store by Customer Care team to get a physical sim card. I arrived prior to my order being ready. While I waited for the eSIM issue to be corrected. I made mention that I also had an order to be picked up. If needed I would just wait around. The gentlemen offered to go take a look at the order pickup. He returned 30 minutes later with bag in hand and 3 phones. I did not attempt to activate them until 48 hours later when cases arrived on Monday. I quickly found that the devices were hard locked as the order to pick them up had not be checked in.This store was over 30 minutes away for me. I called Customer Care team on (Tuesday) after the store opened. I explained the situation and the Customer Service Agent was very pleasant and tried multiple times to get ahold of the store.Verizon own customer care team could not get ahold of this store until 3 PM.Granted the VZ rep was Eastern Time Zone. They initially attempted to contact the store shortly after opening, around lunch time CST time as well as other attempts before.I can chalk some of this up to bad timing in general. However, I'm going to say that the ineptness of the individuals (including Manager) at this location is pretty high.1. They didn't check in the order when I picked it up. They blamed a PoS software upgrade as the glitch.2. I had advised the Manager that after the order was checked in. That I did not want to activate the phones quite yet but I wanted to be able to do so later. Queue the ineptness of the manager.When the manager rebooted the first phone they didn't explain that it would start the transfer of service.As all three phones booted up. They each made it to a new screen that said hey X number is assigned to this phone.Unbeknownst to me. This cut the service to 3 other family members in the middle of the day at work, school, leaving no form of communications back to my family.As a Manager. You should know how your products and services operate and you should be able to convey this to the customer even if they are miffed and have expressed displeasure about the events that transpired.Clearly the lady who initially started to help me upon my return was a bit butt hurt by my comment "About Time" when they told me that VZ care finally got ahold of the store. That's when the manager got involved.Tread carefully at this store. They may appear to be helping. Clearly they caused me loads more work by simply not checking in the order.Lastly when I advised the manager that agents should be cross the T's and dotting the i's his poker face disappeared and was replaced with a "yeah sure" kind of tone and look.At this juncture. I would have rather worked with the Customer Care team via chat and phone over dealing with this series of team members.

They were more than happy to take my money for a new phone. Less than helpful with setup for that new phone. "It can be tricky going from iPhone to Samsung, but some Google searches will be helpful." Really sales person?

Picked up new phones today, was very glad that the process was very easy but the employees at this location were not helpful at all and didn’t ask if we needed anything or even offered a “goodbye” or “have a great day” when we left after we set up our own phones. Nobody greeted us. Glad to be with Verizon but will never come back to this location for any needs and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.
