“I recently had my SUV repaired at Don’s Body Shop. Overall, they did good work and were very easy to work with leading up to the scheduled date. I appreciated being able to pay for parts in advance so they’d be ready to go and minimize my time without a vehicle.
There was a hiccup right before a holiday weekend where I was initially told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until after the long weekend, despite planning for it to be done before then. After calling to express how inconvenient that would be, they were able to get it finished the same day, and I truly appreciated that extra effort.
Communication was excellent at first but a little uneven toward the end. Still, they came through in the end, and I’d use them again. Just a note to future customers to be proactive about confirming timelines. Overall, solid local shop with people who will try to make it right.”

“This place is much bigger than it looks and have lots of chrome lots! I big guy behind the counter is a little stand offish but after 4 or 5 times im almost sure he said how u doing. So im sure its just that he's busy. But more on point there all very knowledgeable on cars and car parts and thats what i went there for so i say if u want hi and hellos might try coffee house if u need car parts go to this place”

“Bought a boat in Ottawa.... Made it as far as Pomona Town got out and check stuff the right rear wheel bearing with burnt my fingers.... So I had to call front in Topeka to come help me... Went back to Ottawa O'Reilly very friendly staff I they got me the right bearing... went back put the bearing in and I got home safely very happy.!!!!!”
