“The manager gave great service! Didn't get her name, friendly blonde. I made a few trips in over the weekend to replace a battery in old car. She got me everything I needed, remembered me and even comped a couple plastic clips I needed to reset my airflow pipe.She also saw I was grunting bringing old battery (got a back injury) and had a young lad take the new battery to my car without me asking. That's good service folks!”

“My wife’s car broke down across the street from AutoZone, directly in front of another auto parts store. It appeared to be a bad battery, so I first went into the store closest to us hoping to quickly purchase a replacement and get some assistance. Unfortunately, the employees showed very little interest in helping and barely made an effort to even look up the correct battery or check availability.
I decided to walk across the street to AutoZone, where Thomas immediately stepped in to help. He looked up the correct battery, explained multiple options, and had me checked out in less than 10 minutes. He even allowed me to borrow the tools I needed to replace the battery in the parking lot.
Within 30 minutes, the battery was installed and my wife was back on the road.
Exceptional customer service can be hard to find these days, but Thomas and the entire AutoZone team were busy, attentive, professional, and genuinely happy to help. Because of Thomas and the effort he made, AutoZone has earned my business going forward. I will be purchasing my automotive supplies here from now on.

“I've had many different automobiles (Toyota, Kia, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Ford, BMW, Mercedes & Volkswagen)! By far my favorite to drive AND proven safety(!) are German engineering. I have honestly walked away from two MAJOR WRECKS neither my fault so didn't see it coming. One in a BMW and most recently in my 2020 SLC 300 Coupe, returning from visiting my son at SHSU, I hit a massive buck (16 pt!!!) crossing the rural road somewhere in Grimes County at dusk.I was in shock but the car called for Emergency Services and I was connected immediately to a MB operator who stayed on the phone until the ambulance arrived! What an intense and different evening than I had planned.
