“I recently had my SUV repaired at Don’s Body Shop. Overall, they did good work and were very easy to work with leading up to the scheduled date. I appreciated being able to pay for parts in advance so they’d be ready to go and minimize my time without a vehicle.
There was a hiccup right before a holiday weekend where I was initially told my vehicle wouldn’t be ready until after the long weekend, despite planning for it to be done before then. After calling to express how inconvenient that would be, they were able to get it finished the same day, and I truly appreciated that extra effort.
Communication was excellent at first but a little uneven toward the end. Still, they came through in the end, and I’d use them again. Just a note to future customers to be proactive about confirming timelines. Overall, solid local shop with people who will try to make it right.”

Funny enough they ended up giving me the wrong part and it ended up causing more issues to make for a bad situation.
