“I gave away all of my living room furniture except one chair in January, because I thought I was going to move out of state and I didn’t. I went to several places in the metro area, several times each and couldn’t find what I wanted. I went out to Messenger‘s in Ottawa. The best decision I ever made. The furniture is made in the United States and I was able to custom order a sofa, chair and ottoman and it was perfect. It wasn’t any more expensive than the least expensive place in the metro. Shelie helped me pick out everything and it’s perfect. She has a great eye for design and really listened to my needs. Phil delivered it and he even lined up my sofa with my antique mirror, without me saying a word. I noticed and appreciated your professionalism and even your neatly pressed khaki pants, shirt and even your neatly trimmed hair. I didn’t know that you were the owner!! Lol I also bought a 3 piece dining set that is perfect for me. You can’t ask for better service than this.Thank you shelie and Phil for helping me.”
