Just left the Ottawa KS store. Had been dealing with an issue for weeks. In 15 minutes my problem was solved by Taelor. Another rep was dealing with a rude customer, I would say Mariah handled the situation very well. Would be a pleasure to have either one wait on me, when it's time to get a new phone.

I was dealing with one of Verizon's offspring TOTAL WIRELESS to get my service ported back from Verizon's other stepchild VISIBLE.
AFTER my phone number was ported back to Total I spent 4 days without any network service and dealing with Customer Services numerous times having to re-explain to a different Rep every time what my service problem was.
I was informed by an associate at a VERIZON location which I am not going to name that " EVEN Though TOTAL WIRELESS SHARED THE VERIZON NAME THEY Could Not BE OF ANY Assistance WITH MY SERVICE ISSUE"
OK THEN Excuse ME FOR DARKING YOUR DOOR STEP..
I was able to finally get service which was my goal.
I have been a VERIZON customer with a "plan" or PREPAID.
This was the first issue I had ever had with Verizon in a lot of years so " It is what it is"
I can say this in the small community I live in I can't count the times residents would ask me "Why don't you have to go up on the hill to make a cell phone call??"
One word answer "VERIZON"

I was referred to Kit from my son to set up a new phone, landline and internet. Kit was so easy to work with and the best cell phone salesman that actually knows his job and how to do it. You can trust what he says, and he will make himself available for you at anytime ? Go in and meet with him-you won't regret it!

I absolutely LOVE this store! Best customer service ever! Jesse is the most caring person who continues to be there for you, long after the sale. I recently had some issues with getting my replacement phone set up and called him. He sat down with me and got everything working accordingly ( this was after spending over three hours on the phone with Verizon. Although their Tech Support lady was very kind and did all she could, and finally recommending I visit one of their physical locations as she wasn't able to resolve the issue). I knew that the best outcome would be to contact Jesse and he was super! I do hope someday this young man will be recognized as a valuable asset and is rewarded for his outstanding commitment to his customers. A true asset.

Kit in Ottawa Ks was the most amazing wonderful most helpful person he was very patient and kind. He made sure I was taken care of and fixed all the problems that happened throughout the process with professional understanding and was so knowledgeable of all problems. The service at Verizon is terrible, if not worse than our previous cellphone providers. The only way our phones work at our house is with wifi. We live in town, so the location isn't the issue. We have gone in several times over the past three years and I get the same run around about how they're replacing towers with new 5G ones and the service will improve. The only thing that changed with our phones, was the price of our bill. It has gone up exponentially, but we have the same terrible service. It feels like we were tricked into a contract with the promise of better service because of 5G towers. If you pay $400+ a month for a phone bill, your phone should work. If it doesn't, the contract should be null and void.Sorry, I don't know who Vicky is.
