“My husband lives in this apartment for almost 5 years. I just moved last October from Philippines to live with him. The staff has been very friendly and their service is fast when we process the legal terms moving here. Since I lived in a tropical country its not easy to adjust the weather but the apartment gives me warm comfort. Our apartment has a nice view and we are close to a lot of stores.”

“I haved lived in Villa Medici for 3 years and sadly had to leave for work. It is Johnson Counties hidden gem. It's gated, peaceful and safe. Many amenities and perfect location. I'll probably never find another. A true sanctuary. Ask for JJ or Alice and they will take care of you!! Great neighbors at VM too. Everyone looks out for on another.”
“Randy was fun to tour with. He answered all our questions, he was patient with us, he laughed with us, overall great tour. We were shown a model floorplan similar to the one we applied for, he showed amenities, and discussed utilities with us. We were also introduced to Julia who was also very friendly and helpful. We are very excited to come home to The Lodge of Overland Park!”

Grace was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning she was super helpful, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond for me. She answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!), always with a positive attitude and clear explanations. She made the whole leasing process so easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home.”
“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”

“Honeslty these were decent apartments. They were too expensive for what they were, especially the price they wanted to raise our rent to when the lease was up. Nothing fancy but the neighbors are nice enough and the location was good. The best thing about this place is they actually give you your deposit back when you move out which never happens anymore with these big rental companies. Parking is pretty bad for certain buildings and it seemed like someone was always leaf blowing outside which was annoying. Overall though I liked living here.”
“Maintenance is very quick, things are very reliable, and I never feel treated unfairly. Whenever I need something from the apartment management, they are always easygoing and caring.”

“Very small deposit to have 2 dogs there. The rooms were very big. Got a suite i think. Had my birthday party there, most of it. I would definitely recommend them. This was my second time there.”

“If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you. Been here for a year the apartments are nice, well insulated and in a great location considering everything including groceries to fun things to do is about 15 min away or less. My electric bill with the central ac running all summer has been around $70…not bad in my opinion. Maintenance shows up in a timely manner, the guys are also fairly nice and communicative. Front office isn’t good abt answering your calls or returning them, but if you don’t mind going to the front office they are fairly reasonable with requests or concerns. I’ve lived in 4 different complexes and I can confidently confirm this one is by far the best out of all of them bc of its design, installation in the apartments, location and amenities. All of those things bring me to say I also feel the pricing is fairly reasonable compared to a lot of places today and yes I’ve done my research. I also had multiple coworkers at a previous job say they had lived here for years when they were still bachelors or bachelorettes and loved it themselves. Those are my two cents, hope this can help others with their decision!”
