Excellent customer service every time I've come into this location. Today I was greeted at the door by a young lady with cite colorful framed glasses that went above and beyond to assist me with a already complicated situation. I truly appreciated her patience, kindness,willingness in providing good customer service.

Drive up Live Teller can do just about anything, but when I prefer or need to go inside the people there are awesome! I highly recommend, I've been with them since before they were Arvest and I don't know how but they just get better every time. Never have had a poor experience.

Walked in wanting to set up a checking account. Nate was amazing and explained everything very simply and got me set up. Glad i could find a bank that treats customers like they want them there. in and out in maybe 35 minutes.
