Look for the deals and if you have an account there, you can earn coupons and get notified of all great deals.”

“Came in from out of town and found this quaint little shopping area. This store melts my heart! Heartstrings employs and gives proceeds to people with developmental disabilities! AMAZING! We get to shop very nice items! The store is super clean! the clothing is all laundered and steamed. i will be dropping off my donations and doing a bit of shopping at least once a month!”

“There are so many styles of pizza, it's possible to have several favorites at the same time. We really enjoy going to Grimaldi's for a treat. Their thin, chewy crust has the perfect amount of browning and char from their special oven. They have great topic combinations, or you can build your own. I enjoy the Mediterranean salad - crispy greens, tomato, olives, cucumber, feta, and a vinaigrette dressing. Quite tasty, and even the small salad is a good size. Their cannoli is served crisp with creamy mascarpone filling. Grimaldi's costs more, but the food and service are consistently good, and I always leave with leftovers to enjoy later.”

“I was so pleased with the help I received at American Eagle today. I had visited this store before it's makeover a while ago and had a not-so-great experience, but today was completely different—in the best way.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a staff member who asked if I needed help. I said no at first because I was planning to browse, but I appreciated her genuine willingness to assist. That attitude continued throughout my visit—everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
I’m in my 40s, and while I still like some trendy pieces (which is why I shop at AE), I sometimes feel out of place or overlooked in stores like this. Not today. The staff treated me with respect and warmth, without any sense of judgment about age—which meant a lot.
In the fitting room, the ladies were quick to help me grab different sizes, and that made all the difference. I’ve worked retail before, so I really notice when someone takes that extra step—it’s not always the case, but today it absolutely was.
Thank you to the team for making me feel welcome and supported. I didn’t end up purchasing in-store because one pair of shorts in the size I needed wasn’t in stock, but I’ll be ordering online. I truly appreciated the excellent service today.”

I give you 4 stars today because of the lady that had attitudes when I came in for exchanging sizes. She was very very rude I don’t know her name but she has dark skin. The day and time was on 11/20/2024 between 5pm - 6:30pm. She’s not professional at all.”
“Burlington is a great place to find household items, gifts, and everything in between. The store may get a bit messy because it's popular, but it's always clean. Customer service is usually great. I ran a couple of errands and decided to go into Burlington. It turned into an uncomfortable experience shortly after I walked through the door. The store closes at 11, I walked in at 10:39 already planning on a real quick run through, which I made crystal clear when initially asked if I needed anything by a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager. I was the only customer in the store and she approached me multiple times. I was trying to look at jewelry for my mother, beauty products for a friend, etc; she followed me around to ask if I needed anything two more times. As she was trying to rush me and disguise it as customer service, she was also being counterproductive by making my trip take longer than I had planned. While I was in the household section, I hear her on the handheld radio announcing my presence and previous locations. Getting a head count would make sense for a closing manager, but adding the departments I had been previously in only further shows she was following me around. I reassured her co-worker that I was almost done. That lady and the cashier were as nice as can be. I was in the store for about 15 minutes, which would have been less had the manager been professional.”
“Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”
“This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”
“This store had awesome customer service and a great collection of dresses. My only complaint is that sizing is very inconsistent. Some XS dresses would fit me while others would feel incredibly big (almost two sizes up). If you're going to shop here, try on clothes before you buy.”
