There are always good deals and new things with plenty of selections in all categories and sizes. However, the store can get a bit messy, with a need to stock up and pick items off the floor. Some customers report a lack of shoe options for bigger feet. While customer service is usually great and staff can be as nice as can be, there have been uncomfortable experiences with management being counterproductive and unprofessional, such as rushing customers at closing.
