The loveliest ladies work here! I was helped by Sydney and Naomi and a few of the other ladies. They spent so much time and effort finding the right bag for me. I ended up returning the bag but would definitely recommend this location. Only go to the Coach Outlet at Legends if you don't want this level of service.

okay so literally my earring broke the day after i bought them and i called and they said they can just order me a new pair?? free of charge! sweetest ever and i genuienly appreciate it so muchh! great customer service
