I am not usual shopper at CVS as I could never understand their pricing strategy. Was in for few maternity products and met store associate Rehana who was very kind and helpful. She clarified questions related to products and explained us the promotions n offers related to those. Thanks to her that I got to know few new things and made my purchase at the end.

I'm so sad because the pharmacy people here are amazing. I made the mistake of getting my children's passport photos here and they didn't know how to use their own system and as a result charged our credit card twice. $70 for two passport photos. They called over a lead person who was so busy correcting her staff member on the correct way to pronounce her name that I stood there for another ten minutes with my toddlers, which resulted in them basically saying I'm screwed and they didn't know how to fix it. Don't come here for anything that isn't pharmacy related they are hiring incompetent people who essentially are stealing money.

This is the WORST CVS- avoid at all costs. The pharmacists are rude and disdainful and I go out of my way to fill my RX for my dog to a nicer CVS now. Also, There are never employees behind the counter. I couldn’t find a thermometer! No one to ask except the pharmacists, and they were nasty and I still couldn’t find it.

I just love this pharmacy! They were kind and went above to make sure I had the best experience. I will only go to CVS for my business. CVS us the best!

Similar experience. Rude and no people skills.

There is a pharmacist there filling prescriptions that do not have any refills left which I'm sure is illegal and also messing up our insurance on top of not getting the proper medication needed.

I came in on a Thursday for what I believed was a bacterial infection. I have been coughing up yellow mucus for two days with a high fever of roughly 105. I tested negative for the flu and Covid so I ask about pneumonia and possible respiratory infection because of mucus was a yellow color. The NP insisted it was not bacterial and to go home and drink plenty of fluids and rest. Five days later I felt exactly the same with the same fever so I went to my physician on Tuesday morning, and my physician diagnosed me with pneumonia and said it’s been there for sometime. I will never go to a CVS pharmacy ever again for anything and do not ever visit this MinuteClinic as it’s a waste of time and money as all they do is say it’s a common cold and send you home. I suffered for a week and missed a week of work for no reason other than their incompetence.

I went to the minute clinic. Never again. I waited 30 min past my appt time the patient before me tested positive for the flu. I know this because the provider was not private at all. Hipaa? I was called after her and the room wasn't wiped down between patients or anything. The provider was very rude and unhelpful. Will never be going there again and will also be telling all my friends and family. Awful experience

Unprofessional pharmacy that doesn’t care about servicing the very real medical needs of the community. When you’re turned away from a pick up you need minutes before close claiming they are already closed. Lady I'm already inside face to face with you, just let me have my medicine.
