I stopped at the store on Sunday February 4th at 5,40 to purchase 2 pairs of shoes I see earlier the have young lady at the front door don't let's customer in she was very rude and non professional at all I asked her it is not 6 pm yet you guys should still serve customer till 6 all I get as a response was we are closed ,we are closed and she kept repeating that loudly I'm very disappointed at the poor customer service I hope that leaving 15 minutes earlier was worth it for loosing business and 1 extra bad review for the store

Don’t you dare ask someone for a shoe size! You will get a dirty look and an eye roll for having the audacity to want to make a purchase. Literally just walked out bc absolutely not! Was like this the last 2 times. Won’t be a third.

I’m FINISHED with Finish Line. I purchased my first pair online. They never arrived. After Christmas (my son did not receive shoes) I ordered an online pickup at Oak Park Mall location. Jackpot! They were in-store! I went to the location the next day and discovered the shoes weren’t really there. They were in boxes and hadn’t been taken out. Ok, we went home and 2 days later, they cancelled the order. When I called the manger made an excuse about not enough help. Ok, get back there and do it yoirself, call in some current employees for short shifts just to unbox shoes. FIGURE IT OUT!

This is the dumbest rudest most incompetent store in the Midwest. Order online, the shoe is in stock. They take my money. Cancel my order the next day. Call up there to speak with the manager. She sounds dead. No life. No energy. No appreciation for the customers. She proceeds to tell me after a long hold that the smallest size they have is a 9.5 and they haven't had my size in days even before the order was placed!!! This was a freaking Christmas gift!! I would NEBER SHOP AT THAT Store again!! And based on the reviews, no one hJust close for good!!

Went there, I asked calm and nicely for a size of two different pairs, They ignored me, I was waiting behind the register for 20 minutes, employees even helped customers that came after me. I understand it’s a stressful season, but still is not a reason to treat customers like this! ?? gente hispana no compren aqui!?

The “manager” has absolutely no professionalism or customer service skills. As I tried to deescalte , the “ self proclaimed “ I’m the manager Bro” Refused service because I asked him to stop escalating the situation!Also attempted to verbally insult customer in front of the entire store!Unbelievable!

Bad attitudes for all female employees. Two on their phone and another occupied doing an interview. The only person who was asking people if they needed help and getting shoes was the man working. The man asked for one of the females to check me out and she got annoyed.

If I was you I would stay away from this store. When I looked at these shoes I wanted and they were on sale for 100 with original price of 160. When I got the guy to get me the pair and take them up to the counter they rang up at 160 and I said “these are $100” and she said let me go get someone and the lady she got looked at then and the box and said these are 165. I opened the box showed them the tag that said the sale price and she was like no they aren’t ripped off the tag so then I showed her the plastic foot with that Tage that has the barcode with it that says 100. I also looked up the shoes online and looked up the same shoes and they were also on sale too and they did nothing about it. So like I said I would stay away from this store employees suck and there whole store in general. And to add on to it my shoes are two different colors.

Placed an online order. 24+ hours still not ready. Call nobody can tell me why it’s taking so long. Not like anyone comes here anyways. how long does it take to bag up some kicks??? This place sucks I’d rather buy on StockX and get taxed.

Stay away from this store! Purchased two pairs of shoes for my daughters. They tried them on and one needed a 1/2 size smaller shoe. The young man helping us went to the back and came out with the new size in a sealed box. We paid for the shoes and left however, when my daughter opened the box, we found he had given us the wrong shoes. Went back to the the store only an hour after purchasing them and the sales associate helping us said the shoes could not be returned or exchanged for the correct shoes because the box had been opened and it appeared the shoes had been worn. The shoes had never even been touched (pictures attached) After arguing in store and getting no where, I called their corp office and was assured I would get a call or email regarding this issue. Still waiting……..

This store is horribly mismanaged. I purchased $135+ worth of shoes and socks today. When the socks rang up, they were $24, instead of the $22 as marked. The manager claimed I HAD to pay the $24 or their register would be “off”. He then mocked, insulted, and patronized me until I paid (my kiddo was already in love with a pair of the socks and the shoes and was wearing them) and then told me to “get out of his store”. Another employee was openly complaining about having to “run around and get shoes for everyone”. I will never patronize this store again. Truly an awful, horrible experience. I’ve never felt so devalued in a situation that was clearly a mistake of the store. People - take your hard-earned money elsewhere. The service here isn’t worth the product.
