The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I'm sure you stop in, youll find something you may like. Look for the deals and if you have an account there, you can earn coupons and get notified of all great deals.”

“I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”

“The clerk and store manager were very helpful with my return of something I bought online. I used my credit to buy the right size of the item I returned. They were having a store wide sale so I was able to buy a few other things I needed. I just really love the style and quality of their clothing. “I was so pleased with the help I received at American Eagle today. I had visited this store before it's makeover a while ago and had a not-so-great experience, but today was completely different—in the best way.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a staff member who asked if I needed help. I said no at first because I was planning to browse, but I appreciated her genuine willingness to assist. That attitude continued throughout my visit—everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
I’m in my 40s, and while I still like some trendy pieces (which is why I shop at AE), I sometimes feel out of place or overlooked in stores like this. Not today. The staff treated me with respect and warmth, without any sense of judgment about age—which meant a lot.
In the fitting room, the ladies were quick to help me grab different sizes, and that made all the difference. I’ve worked retail before, so I really notice when someone takes that extra step—it’s not always the case, but today it absolutely was.
Thank you to the team for making me feel welcome and supported. I didn’t end up purchasing in-store because one pair of shorts in the size I needed wasn’t in stock, but I’ll be ordering online. I truly appreciated the excellent service today.”
“Well, I have to give props for their customer service. A security tag was left on an article of clothing I bought- which meant I had to drive back just to have it removed.I probably wasn’t the most polite when I called to explain the situation. I mean, it’s a pain to have to return to have the tag taken off. Anyway- the manager was waiting when I got there and it was sorted out within minutes.Mistakes are made- but how they are resolved can be the difference between continuing to shop at a business or going somewhere else. So, I appreciate the quick resolution.”

“I placed an order online for a pair of shoes. The shoes were the wrong size. I returned them to the closest store as advised by the online customer service rep. The shoes were reordered but were never delivered. The online/phone c.s. reps. were no help at all. I contacted Tyler at the O.P., KS store and he was able to solve my problems quickly, with a great attitude and a lot of empathy.”

“This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”
“Called looking for a specific shoe. The lady working there went back in the store room to see if they had the product in stock since it wasn't on the shelf. And it was in the size I needed. Very good customer service. I wish I knew her name ,but she was a very helpful caring employee doing her job to the best of her ability. Thank you for good customer service.
