Absolutely terrible service. Zero effort employees, especially a dark haired old woman with tattoos down her arm. Was a total B word and showed no interest in helping customers check out.

Worst customer service ever. Found clothing, went to cashier, and struggled to pay with a gift card. A dark-haired woman barely attempted to help me figure out the issue with the gift card. She continued to roll her eyes at me and snap at me the entire time, showing no effort or interest whatsoever, while I remained calm and considerate to her. Will not be coming back to this Pacsun. I as a customer, do not deserve to be treated this way.

My daughter and I went in to the store because she likes the style. We could not find any jeans or pants above a 30. Very disappointed in the lack of sizes.

We visited the morning of August 10th. Everyone but the fitting room attendant were great. She had a self-important bad attitude and treated the fitting rooms like a bouncer at a nightclub, putting up a stanchion but then she'd walk away and not pay attention so people were left wondering how to get out - one person just went under it after waiting. It was a bit much. Atmosphere, organization, and selection here are great.

I was just here with my boyfriend shopping for new shorts. I was already in a bad mood because I haven’t had any luck in finding a good pair of shorts and I always like having my boyfriends opinion so he usually waits outside the fitting room for me to show him what im trying on. Long story short there was a very rude employee. Not verbally but she was standing in front of the fitting rooms, swinging her keys around and eyeing down my boyfriend and myself giving a rude look at us, very obviously insinuating that he was trying to enter my fitting room which then put me in an even worse mood. I almost wanted to buy a pair but the whole situation just made us leave the mall. Avoiding this PacSun specifically now.

I visited the store last night with my 13-year-old son, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tiffani assisted my son, who was nervous about starting a new school on Monday, in picking out a few outfits. Katie, the manager on duty, was also very friendly and provided great assistance. The dressing rooms were clean, and the music playing in the store had a great vibe. They even played music from one of my favorite artists, Nob0d1.

Normally have always had a bad experience with rude staff but today the 3 girls working did not want to be working at all its really annoying when snooty workers have an attitude/bad tone of voice, and only care about being on their phones at work.

The funny looking weird man without a chin and big pointy nose wearing a New York hat and Chicago fire shirt was extremely disrespectful and immature during checkout. Made snotty comments for no reason, Gru definitely needs an ego check because the attitude does NOT match with the looks. Wont be back?

most of the tables full of product are completely unshoppable, i don't even want to bother sifting through anything because it's all unfolded and scattered across the place. no greeting, no help, no anything, the 2 people there never leave the cash wrap and never stop talking to each other. i handed them a melted drink someone left on the counter and told them "your DM would not appreciate this" it's clear they just sit there and collect a check all day.

Wow the employees were so rude. No one said hello . One girl ran over our heels with a display on wheels. The other never looked at us and was eating sushi. We stood at the counter till someone ecnoliged us. Wow so so rude. The store was trashed the counter was full of food and drinks. We were unimpressed.
